// initialising career sequence
I'm a Computer Science A-level student in North Yorkshire with a track record of showing up, stepping up, and getting things done. Whether I'm debugging code, managing a stage team under pressure, or navigating a busy Saturday service — I bring focus and people skills in equal measure.
My path points squarely to Electronic and Computer Engineering at York — and it's not arbitrary. I've already walked those corridors on a Science & Computing placement. I know what I'm choosing, and I'm choosing it deliberately.
As a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States, I can live and work in either country without visa sponsorship — now or after graduating. For any employer in the UK or US, that's one less box to tick and one more reason to say yes.
Three-plus years in fast-paced customer-facing roles across North Yorkshire. Handling bookings, payments, high-pressure service, and customer concerns calmly and professionally — both in person and over the phone.
Started as stage crew and progressed to Stage Manager — responsible for set design, coordinating scene changes, and directing a team under live-show pressure. Equal parts technical planning and real-time leadership.
Over 100 hours volunteering with a North Yorkshire youth group, regularly stepping into leadership roles to organise activities and events. Collaboration, patience, and reliability — consistently, week after week.
Whether you're a prospective collaborator, fellow engineer-in-training, or an employer in the UK or US — the inbox is open. UK & US dual citizen: no sponsorship needed, no complications.
